GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. How much Money can I make from CuriousCash?
As much as you like. The more traffic you send the more money you will make. We have several Affiliates who live comfortably on their income from our Program.

2. Are the Statistics in Real Time?
The Stats are in as Real Time as the processors pass the data back to our system. The majority of the time you will see sales and traffic stats appear in real time, however from time to time processors do experience problems and during these periods you may experience some lag. Those of you familar with MPA3 would already have an understanding of how synchronised the system is with the processors

3. What makes CuriousCash different/better then other affiliate programs?
We Shoot all of our own Content. It just can not been seen anywhere else. We spend a lot of time on Customer Service and we listen to both our Web site Members and Affiliates, to make sure our Sites and Program are setup to suit the masses, not just ourselves.

4. I see you are now looking at Suspending any accounts that go above 1% Chargeback Level. Why is this?
This is a move we need to do to ensure longevity of the program. If you send us constant traffic for months and then all of a sudden you go to 1.5% for the month, we won't just shut you down, we will work with you to find out why this is. This policy has basically been put in place to make sure we stay in the acceptable boundaries of Visa & MasterCard. We have been around for nearly 5 years now and we run at less then .4% of Chargeback's. We don't want to see this change.

5. What is your Policy towards SPAM
We do not tolerate any SPAMMING of our sites at all. Our business was built without SPAM and we wish to continue to go that way. We are aware that there is limited legal methods in which to send Bulk Email that does not fall under the category of SPAM and you can view our policy towards this here.

CONTENT
1. Do you provide Banners / Free Content?
We certainly do. We also try to update these at least once a month.

2. Do you offer Free Hosting for your affiliates?
That depends on the affiliate. We offer hosting deals to affiliates who have a track record with us and show that they can send us the traffic to warrant this.

3. Do you offer any TGP Specific Galleries?
By request YES. We have most of our Hosted Galleries setup for TGP compliance. Some already coded for certain TGP submittal programs. Just email Webmaster@CuriousCash.com with what you are after.

4. What are the terms for using the free content?
You are free to use where ever you like, as long as they are not modified in any way. All pictures must be watermarked to us and a link to the watermarked site must also be present.

5. If I can not find what I need on the site, will you make marketing material for me?
We certainly will. Just email Webmaster@CuriousCash.com with details of what you are after.

6. Do you have exit consoles, and if so do I get sale credit on these?
Yes, we do have exit consoles, However with the introduction of MPA3 we are now allowing you to choose your own exits. We allow full exit credit on our Revenue Share Program, however we will not allow this on Pay per Join. This is simply due to the fact that we are paying you out more then we make on a single transaction and need to recoup our money and make a profit somehow.

PROGRAMS
1. Can I have more than one Account?
Yes you can.

2. Do I have to sign up more than once to promote more than one site?
No you don't.

3. How do I become part of the Pay per Sign Program?
This is by invitation only. If you have been sending us lots of signup's over a solid period of time and they have shown to retain well then we will offer you the option to join the program.

4. What happens to my percentage if my sales drop off?
So does your Percentage. All percentages are based on volume. so the more signup's you send the higher the percentage. This also works the other way. Base percentage is 50% on signups and rebills.

SUPPORT
1. I can't login to my account. It just kicks me back to the login page. What can I do?
There are password retrieval methods within our Affiliate Program. IF you can not get your details through here then shoot an email to Webmaster@CuriousCash.com containing as much information regarding your account as possible and we will look into it for you.

2. I can't get into my stats for my account. What can I do to fix this?
Send an email to Webmaster@CuriousCash.com containing your affiliate Details and we will look into it for you.

3. I would like to change my Details. How do I do this?
This can all be done within the Webmasters area of the site. If you are unable to sort this out through the system then send an email to Webmaster@CuriousCash.com containing the info you want changed and we will take it from there.

4. How can I get help with my sites to make more money?
Send an email to your Account Rep. They will be able to tell you what you need to know. If they can't then you have the wrong account rep. We will swap you over to someone who can help you.

5. Why don't you accept webmasters in my country?
We have identified certain countries to be full of Fraud. We do not accept signup's from here, nor does our Processor. You may not be someone who is going to send Fraudulent transactions, however the few who have, have spoilt it for the others.

BILLING/PAYMENT
1. When do I get paid?
Payments are made monthly. Payments cover the billing period that fell 15 days prior to your payment. E.g. Sales made between 01/Jan - 31/Jan will be paid on 15/Feb

2. How do I know how much I've Earned?
All of this information is readily available within the Webmasters Area of this site. 99% of the time the data should be updated in real time, however from time to time a processor may experience problems and a lag in transmission from them to us may occur.

3. How Many Payment options do you offer?
3. We currently only offer Wire.

4. Is there a minimum payment amount?
YES, Minimum payment is USD$100.

5. Do you run multiple processors and if so do I get Credit for each of these?
One of the mainreasons for CuriousCash moving to MPA3 was to bring on as many different billing methods as possible which our affiliates get full credit for. Previously we only offered Credit Card sales to our affiliates, but now we have multiple Credit Cards, ACH, SMS, Anonymous Billing as well as another methods we can bring on board. We now only add additional processing if supported by MPA3.

6. Can I still access all of my rebills etc, still processing through Boy Bucks / Gay Money Machine?
Yes, Just login to the Processors the same way you were before. If you can not remember how to get in or are having trouble accessing this then send an email to Webmaster@CuriousCash.com

7. What are your anti-fraud systems like?
Our Fraud Mechanisms are used through Credit Card Processors. Those who really know the game will know that each processor lets a different amount of transactions through. We have tried to use a Credit Card Processor for our Affiliate Program that seems to have the best balance between throughput and Chargeback's. Now with the implementation of MPA3 we will offer several different processors who all have their own Fraud Protection methods as well as this we now also have the ability to monitor this at a greater depth giving a second layer of protection.

8. Can I get paid in any other monetary form other than US Dollars?
Currently No.

9. I have more than one Account. Do I need to signup for Direct Deposit for each one individually or will it affect all of them once i signup under one account?
YES. You will have to do Direct Deposit for each.
