Everybody !
Well, we are slowly starting
to get our post-Vegas act together and things are starting
to get back to their normal momentum.
We have
added a "couple" more Vegas pics (CuriousLeisa takes more
than a couple !!) but WebmasterDan's are still to come -
and there are LOTS - but sorry, have to make you wait
another week for those !

We are
busy planning the Mardi Gras jaunt with our friends from
Freya for early March, CuriousToyBoy is looking to attend
the Phoenix Forum in late March (maybe-maybe at this
point) and CuriousTim & CuriousToyBoy are planning Adult
Online Europe in Prague in late April - busy little
traveling bees we are !!
We have
also had some server dramas this week - WebmasterDan has
been hammering our hosting companies trying to find out
what is causing the issues. Remember that ALL of your
sales are tracked through another server set, so ANY
outages do NOT effect signups, but MAY effect click stats.
We are
also currently evaluating the NATS system, with a view to
implementing their fully functional (and shave free !!)
stats and affiliate management system. Of course, we
will keep you up to date on progress with this.
We also
have plans for some new sites once the current workload is
cleared, and we additionally are doing LOADS of new stuff
in the SMS/Cellphone arena which we will share with you as
they develop !!

to have a system in place by mid-February which will be
worldwide and also allow for affiliate tracking through
them not only on the web but also through mobile phones
with Keywords. If all this all comes off it could be
very promising for affiliates. It would mean you could
market through non-web based means as well as
online - you could put an ad in a magazine and advertise
the site with a Premium Number and get Credit for it.
Lots of Promise, but we will see what happens and keep
you all posted of course.

The Pig
A man goes to a farm to buy a
pig for a luau. He asks the
farmer for a twenty-pound pig.
The farmer goes into the pen,
picks up a pig, puts the tail in his mouth, and begins
swinging the pig around for a few seconds. He puts the pig
down and says, "Nope, not quite twenty pounds."
He picks up another, puts the
tail in his mouth, swings the
pig around awhile, and declares, "This one's twenty
pounds!"
"C'mon," the man says in a
shocked tone. "You can't weigh a
pig like that!"
"Sure I can," said the farmer.
"Watch this."
He calls his son over and asks
him to weigh the pig. The boy
picks up the pig, puts its tail in his mouth, and
swings it around awhile. "This one weighs twenty
pounds," he says.
The man still looked doubtful,
so the farmer sends the boy to
fetch his mother so that she can weigh the pig,
but after five minutes, the boy returns alone.
"She can't come out just now,"
the boy informs them.
"She's weighing the mailman."
